Real Estate Tree Services Pty Ltd was founded in late 2021 after our managing director Will Kerry saw a specialist need for a commercial tree service company solely dedicated to the property management industry. Our large team of Arborists and Client Managers allows us to provide a service that ensures all stakeholders are happy and well served.
With over 15 years of experience in the tree service industry including local councils, schools, multi-national companies, and private clients, we’re well set up to deliver a professional service that our clients can count on.
We’re a tree service company with our main office in Coburg 3058 however we cover all of Melbourne with our Arborist Services. We have a team of highly experienced and qualified staff that work together with our Client Managers to deliver a high service level. From small fruit tree pruning or service wire clearances to large tree removals, we cover it all.
We have a strong focus on OH&S at Real Estate Tree Services Pty Ltd by only employing qualified and experienced Arborists that can carry out all aspects of tree work in Melbourne. Our teams are encouraged to take the time to stop and think about safety in the workplace for themselves, their colleagues, and our client’s properties.
Spending over 15 years in the tree industry and working with many real estate agencies and leasing managers, we saw a huge downfall in the client-to-contractor relationship within the industry. That downfall was communication. Most of us know that communication is key in almost any business space and sadly it is still lacking in many ways but not here!
Our mantra is to run a comprehensive tree service business, dedicated to working with our property management clients to serve all stakeholders involved. Communication starts from the ground up at Real Estate Tree Services Pty Ltd and is at the core of what we do in the field and the office. We believe in being open and accountable in all that we do.
A note from our founder
"Spending 15 years in the tree industry across three continents has been my working life thus far. Swinging from ropes at nerve-wracking heights and covered in sawdust most days, I really can't complain about the thrill. Now, although mainly office based, my thrill is in delivering a service that others can't. Communicating with our clients daily, providing solutions, and overseeing the development of long-standing relationships really fires me up. There are plenty of good communicators out there and excellent tree services too. We're fortunate to combine the two, very, very well."
